This is a really good quality costume. The outfit part is a thick felt material. It’s not very giving so if in doubt order a size up. It does run on the long side but that’s ok. The mask is made of foam and the paint is like sprayed on so the color rubs off easily. The costume is made from felt, so there’s absolutely no stretch. The eyes are hot glued on and falls off easily. But it is super awesome looking in person and I don’t regret buying it. Also if you kid wears a 7, order them the size 8-10. My 4 year old was OBSESSED with his costume. He loves Halloween and wanted to be spooky but not too scary and he was happy with his choice. This is a bobble head costume so the pumpkin head is HUGE… my only complaint is that the Velcro hood would not stay latched and I wish I had brought along some safety pins to keep that good over the mask (there is no back to the mask, just a strap, so looks silly without the hood) Over all it’s an awesome Halloween costume, and warm! ... show more

My 3 year old enjoyed this costume and everyone loved it. It was a little too long and had to trim up the bottom. She's 40 inches tall. I also attached a soft cloth to the pads inside the mask since she was complaining about it itching. She wore it for the 2 hours of trick or treating.

My son who's 8 years old and weighs about 60 lb I wore this and he loved it. We received many many compliments in six flags AstroWorld San Antonio and we also received many compliments here in Houston Texas. The costume is perfect he could breathe in it and wasn't uncomfortable however in Houston it was extremely hot for Halloween so he was hot in this outfit. I had never bought from this seller before, but for the price I figured it was worth a gamble. I bought this for my son, who will be three on Halloween, he’s 38inches tall and weighs 38 pounds. I bought him the 3t. It’s perfect! If I could change anything I probably would have went up a size (he’s chubby 😅). We went to a fall festival today and kids/parents were stopping us and asking to take pictures with him. He LOVES this costume. I will warn you though the material is a little thick, which is great because it’s very durable, but we live in Southeast Texas and it’s still in the high 90’s this time of year 🥵. The mask is made of Styrofoam, which wasn't mentioned in the description, and it was already damaged upon arrival, so it definitely wouldn't have been durable as described.

    • The Mask Was Not Up to the Task

I ordered this for my son for Halloween and I'm giving it three stars because it really does look great! The detailing on the costume is cool and the rope accessories are good quality. The mask looks awesome and the fact that the kid looks out through the mouth is fun. However, I had to deduct two stars for the mask design. When the costume is on, the child has no access to their mouth or face without undoing the velcro. I think our 11 year old son was messing around with it quite a bit trying to get candy in his mouth (it is Halloween after all!) and he is not exactly gentle with things. Unfortunately, the glue holding the elastic strap onto the mask came undone about a half hour into our evening. My husband tried to fix it with no luck. It was unwearable and the hood is way too big without the large mask holding it up. In the end my son had fun dressed as a sort of disheveled monk and it didn't ruin his night. I was more disappointed than he was because I felt that, for the price of the costume, the mask should have been a bit sturdier. Perhaps he was too rough on it, but this is designed for kids. A better mask design would definitely make this a five star costume. Another thing to note: visibility and especially peripheral vision are limited by the costume design. Little ones (and some older kids) would definitely need help crossing the street while wearing this. I hope this was helpful! ... show more
