Using these for google reviews with my business. Great way to get reviews quickly and easily as these are convenient for guests to quickly tap or scan with their smartphone or device. Doesn’t take much to get them setup and you can add quite a bit of information to the link.Not a huge fan of the Giant google logo and I will design my own sticker to put over the top of the card for a more personalized feel.     • Excellent customer service
Had a little bit of trouble initially setting mine up, as I could not pull up my Google Reviews link on my phone. So I typed it in by hand, and unfortunately because of the font on my screen, I couldn't quite tell if the URL was using a lowercase L or a capital I... in any case, the link didn't work when I scanned the QR code or tapped the card to my phone. Per the instructions, I e-mailed the company and after sending them a photo of both QR codes, they were able to reset the cards for me and I was able to get them working. Their response was quick and friendly. The cards themselves are a little smaller than I anticipated and a little scuffed up... as plastic tends to do. However, they'll be easy for hubby and I to carry to events and we'll see if it helps get us some reviews for our business! Regardless, love the concept and the look of these cards.     • It does seem to work but...
I'm not sure how much I like (or dislike) this item. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not up to par when it comes to NFC, how it works, where to tap, etc... I have NEVER used NFC one time. However, as a small business entrepreneur, I thought it might be handy to have these either in my wallet or somewhere handy in case a situation presents itself where I might want to give someone the link to leave a review for me. Up to now, I have just had the link saved in my phone and have texted it directly to potential customers. This has worked fine for me (and if I'm being honest, I'll probably continue operating that way). Having said that though, I'm sure SOMEBODY out there is using NFC (right???) so I'll just keep this nearby and see if anyone bites. The instructions that came with the cards told me, to get started, scan the code or tap to set it up. I tried and tried to get it to tap instead of scanning the code, because I was curious if I went up to a random person's/customer's phone if I really could just "tap" and it give them the link. It never worked on my phone (iphone XS Max). I had to, first, scan the code and set it up and THEN it would NFC scan each time. So, that part was a pain...but just take it from me and scan it first and then set it up. Basically, though, what it's doing is sending them to a link that will then forward them (automatically) to your link. I don't guess it REALLY matters, but I don't like that. For example, if I have to get the link to my review (or webpage that I want to send them to with the "tap"), then why not just forward that link to them via text? Why send them to this person's link and then let this person redirect them to my link.... I'm not sold on this whole idea/concept...but that's just me. The seller DID deliver the cards and the cards DO work. I probably wouldn't buy them again or tell my friends to. It's up to you at this point. The instructions that came with this are easy to follow and set up. The scan bar is clear and the phone recognizes it quickly and effectively. It is easy to set this up to direct it to your website. Had this linked in less than 3 minutes. Would recommend this if you are trying to direct customers to your website for any reason. ... show more
