We decided to venture out of our box and try satin sheets. These are a very good, satiny sheet that shines and also warms up as you snuggle underneath. I had always thought that satin sheets would be constantly cool but not so. They actually warm just a bit, so winter use will definitely be on. One thing we weren't prepared for was that our bedding slides around and often times, we would have to reach over and get it. All in all tho, we love the luxury and the silky feel. I used to have to rearange my nightgowns in the night as they would grab onto the sheets and 'wrap me up'. These sheets don't allow that and my gowns stay in place so I can sleep. Not only do they get lumps of lint stuck all over them, but they didn’t stay on our bed at all. I got king size sheets, which should’ve fit perfectly. They just weren’t durable and didn’t stay on the mattress for an entire night and I’d constantly be fixing them until I finally just spent the money on a new set from somewhere else. I say for the price, I guess I couldn’t expect anything better. When I first got them I was very pleased with how silky and cool they felt, the fitted sheet just didn’t hold up though. So I decided to buy these sheets because not only am I OCD but I’m also a sheet snob! Seriously, it’s crazy and I’m nuts when it comes to my bed! I like my sheets soft, snug and NO PILLING! One pill and that’s it! I would throw them away! Anyway, I usually buy the bamboo sheets but have had to tighten the budget a bit so I decided to try these out. I bought the lavender and the color is amazing! They are very silky and soft. Pretty cooling too. The cons I have are, they are a bit big for my mattress. So it does bunch up a little. So I’m constantly trying to tuck it back in. My mattress is only 10 inches so if you have a thicker one I don’t think this would be an issue. My only other gripe is that they’re SO silky… that ALL YOUR CRAP will slide off the bed! My pillows slide off, the comforter, etc. Don’t try to be all slick (pun intended) and take a running jump into bed cause you may end up in the wall! It’s literally like a slip and slide! I think if my mattress was thicker I would love these! I like them but I don’t love them. But they’re better than those crappy sheets that pill up after 1 washing! And I’d probably buy these again in a different color if I couldn’t afford my expensive sheets. And…there goes a pillow. Not even kidding! 🤣🤣 ... show more
