    • *DON'T BUY THE S9!*
I wish I'd known when I purchased this phone, that the S9's won't be getting anymore updates. From what I've read, that means security risks, the phone won't progress so some apps won't even be working soon. Thought I was getting a pretty rad deal, but now I'm left struggling to find a new phone, not easy with 4 kiddos, single Momma, and I just dropped a chunk of cashola on a phone that I shouldn't use. Maybe it says it somewhere & I missed it, I don't know. So heartbroken really. BUT!!! The phone came in great condition, couldn't even tell it was a refurb. Everything intact with an immaculate screen (till I dropped it, now, small crack, totally on me though) I use the $15 plan on Boost Mobile, quick chat with a rep & I was able to keep my number and use this phone, so it is truly unlocked. Can't always just plug & play, if you're having trouble, contact your provider before giving up!!! Pretty phone, nice display, fast shipping, just outdated unfortunately. I'd buy from this seller again, just, gotta do my research if I'm ever able to swing another phone. ... show more

The phone that I received works and looks like a brand new phone. I was able to swap my old device with this one at Boost Mobile with no issues. The only thing that I had an issue with is the charging adapter (The piece that you plug into the power outlet) stopped working after a day. The phone is not working properly in the outlying areas like the other phone I have does, mainly because of the fact that it was an A T & T based phone, and the sim card carrier in my phone is Verizon.
