YouTube comes installed on it, but you cannot downloaded streaming apps at all. Exactly what I wanted - a quality 4K picture without all the smart TV extras. This TV is just a passive receiver for my other devices which are routed through my 4K stereo AV receiver. Big picture quality improvement over my 90s TV and weighs half as much! Very pleased.

    • THIS IS A SMART TV.

We specially tried to AVOID a SMART TV and bought this Commercial TV model ONLY because it was NOT written SMART in Amazon.com. We were so DISAPPOINTED that when this TV came we saw that it is SMART!!! We learned it only when TV was on. Its video starts from the word "Smart". No information about this you can find in a poor instructions how to use it. This is a computer with a big monitor working through WiFi connection to Internet, but with a virtual (not convenient) key board. Entering a PBS channel (ONLY through internet it is possible) takes a lot of time. In addition, the quality of a LC display is very poor in comparison with a conventional TV. This is a step back for people who want to have a good quality TV on the channels selected by them. Samsung offers many terrible channels that impossible to watch.     • Very poor connectivity. Abysmal support.

I'm simply trying to display static images for directory way-finding signage. I purchased these monitors on the incorrect advice that I'd be able to load images up into a cloud and have the monitor pull from that directory. That is not possilble. This monitor requires that you use (a) an application supplied by Samsung to run on the monitor and (b) a corresponding application that runs on a mobile device to upload new images. In trying to find how to make my scenario work, I discovered that (a) Samsung support for business products is non-existent. Repeated calls to their support number gave me salespeople who don't know their products with no tiered-support system to ensure that my questions get handled and (b) there is no cloud-based solution. What to do? I'm left with a monitor that requires a connection to a mobile device in perpetuity. I have ZERO confidence that when my mobile software is no longer supported that Samsung will offer support, let alone an alternative solution. I'm offloading these monitors and going with Phillips, which at least allows me to upload images via a USB stick. And a final comment about the mobile software... it is offered on iOS, but it was clearly never tested on an iPhone 8 because it's impossible to register a display (the list of available displays is written off the screen where it can't be selected). And this software appears to offer all sorts of bells and whistles for creating flashy designs, but they drown out the simple feature of uploading your own content.     • This will NOT work as a business display if you are using Samsung Business TV app

UPDATE Sept. 3, 2021: they sent a second display it won't load the business TV app at all (it shows a blank/black screen when you select business TV from the remote). It is even worse than the first TV. We have spent hours with their customer support, who is useless. They never even tried to offer solutions for the black screen. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We are a small organization. We have spent months trying to get this to work and now can't get a refund. This display is advertised to work with the accompanying Samsung Business TV app for iOS and Android. This app is supposed to allow you to create and edit content for your new Samsung display and the "push" that content to the display. THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT THIS MODEL FOR OUR ORGANIZATION. The "add content" button DOES NOT WORK. You have to push it repeatedly and *maybe* after ten, or 15, or 25 tries, it will open so you can add content. We have tried both iphone and android with the same disappointing results. Actually, on my android it won't open at all not will any of the templates that come with the app. Once you finally create content and load onto the Samsung display, you can't delete it from the display. So when you update your content in the app and try to push the new version, you get a message on the tv that the storage on the TV is full. But nowhere on the Samsung business display is there any way to see what items are stored, let alone remove them. So now we have old content that needs to be replaced and we can't replace it. Our organization has spent more than six hours with Samsung tech support, only to be told "we can't help you," or "the app isn't really ready yet." We paid for your business display specifically because of this app and you took our money and now are not providing the service we paid for. We will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. But anyone here: buyer beware. Their business displays that advertise the ability to use this app to create, edit and ultimately display CANNOT use this app with the consistency and ease that businesses and organizations require. ... show more

    • Mirroring and sharing doesn’t work and app can not be added

This is a business model tv. Samsung claimed through the app that you can screen share and mirror I spent time researching and talking to Samsung before my purchase and install of 10 tvs. Cost me time and money because my client needed the sharing and mirroring to work after days and days of tech support then Escalating the matter to engineering with no results I returned the tv’s and purchased the less expensive 7 series which does way more and is a better value. ... show more
