I was impressed initially by sharpness of the scissors for cutting braided fishing line. However, after mounting to the boat for a month (covered) they've dulled somewhat requiring me to pull the line tight for a clean cut. Nice size though and fairly sturdy. The sheath hugs the scissors well and does not allow them to bounce or slide out in the wind. I would recommend them for the price. ... show more

Looks good and fits the fingers nicely. Bought this specifically to be able to cut braided line. This leaves jagged edges on the braid. Does not cut as cleanly as my last scissors (NLA).

    • I own 3 pairs!
If u are a fisherman that uses scissors predominately over a knife, u must get these before they disappear! These cut thru braid effortlessly even without providing tension on the line. Other so called "fishing" scissors are no competition , trust me I have been thru a few of all different sizes. These are some bad ass lil scissors. I only cut line (mono & braid) with them....I had a bad habit of using other scissors to cut everything which dulls them out quickly. I ordered a 2nd pair! Update 7/6/2020: I just ordered a 3rd pair to cut bait with...I purchased the Tsunami and Cuda brand scissors at Walmart and they suck...really suck..I threw them in the river the other day!! ... show more

Well made, bright color and very comfortable. I have owned many different line scissors and non have been excellent at cutting braided line. These scissors are the perfect combination of razor sharp and serrated edge. They cut the braid with precision and zero fray.
