Only minor complaint is the .5 timer option has stopped working but the other timer options work great! It is large and can warm up my towel and clothes at the same time! this is bigger than expected but definitely happy with it. i wish it had a longer cord but thats more of an issue with my bathroom outlets. it heats up really quickly and is super simple to use. the materials do feel cheap but i think thats okay at this price point. it works fine and looks good.

When I bought this I was so excited because it was on sale and I waited forever to get one on sale that was until I went to use it. You can’t set a timer to have it heat up while you’re still in bed. I get up and get into the shower right away. This thing takes at least 20-30 minutes to get a towel heated enough for it to be warm. If I had to say the biggest drawback is that it doesn’t have a timer to set an hour before I wake up. I’m only returning it because of that fact.
