Works well and looks good. A warm towel when you get out of the shower is comforting. The towel does not stay warm long enough to dry your whole body. After it gets wet it is no longer warm. It is large enough to put 2 towels in it so you can use one for your upper body and one for your lower body.

So nice to use a warm towel! This towel warmer has been a great addition to our morning showers. We turn it on an hour or so before we shower (it actually gets towels warm in 15 minutes or so). I also put the wife's robe (pic) in first under our large towels. Towels come out very warm and remain warm as long as it takes to dry off. Not sure why some reviewers think they don't stay warm, I mean the cotton doesn't heat itself πŸ€·β™‚οΈ We use 2 sets of towels so we don't have to put wet towels in the warmer.     • Wonderful warmth, works exactly as it should
My husband has to go to the hospital for infusions, and he loves the warm blankets they put on him there. He is always cold, so I ordered this warmer for him for Christmas. I also ordered some100% cotton blankets, since you aren't supposed to put synthetics in it. A twin size blanket fills it loosely, and so far, this has worked perfectly. It has a timer on it so you can't accidentally leave it on, and it turns off when you remove the warmed item. I am a caretaker and the home o work in has these and they are a godsend! Getting out of the shower and having warm towels and clothes is just pure luxury!! I love them so much I ordered one for myself in my home, but it turns out I don't have an outlet in the area I have space for it, so it sorta defeats the purpose. ... show more

    • this unit gets hot
Got this for my wife's birthday she loves to take baths in the Jacuzzi tub so I thought she would like a towel warmer, but she didn't like it she loves it. I got all kinds of smiles and kisses. It works great. This unit has 4 heating levels .5 hour 1 hour 2 hours and 4 hours. We just set it for 1 hour and when she was done with the bath the towel was hot. The inside of the unit gets hot as shown by the red light so be careful when removing the towel. There is plenty of room for more towels or a house robe PJs or a blanket. I don't know about the durability we've only had it one day. So far so good. I also used it after a shower and it was so nice to have a warm towel. ... show more

We love using this towel warmer to warm our couch blanket every night. As long as we remember to put the blanket in, it works great! Try adding some essential oil to make it even better!

    • Stopped working less than a year after purchase
Bought this Jan 13 2024, used it during the cold months up until mid March. Once it finally started to get cold in mid December on the East Coast I decided to bring out the towel warmer from my clothing closet to start to use it again. And to my surprise, it is not functioning. It does not adequately heat the towel in there anymore. I have done all of the troubleshooting of checking the outlet taking out the towel contents shifting it around checking the bottom springs but it heats up if and when it wants to. And after only using it for three months, not even every day consecutively during those three months, it’s very disappointing to see that it is no longer working. And also the outside white finish is very cheap again. It stayed in my closet and looks very filthy and old for just one year of having this item. ... show more
