First off all, these sunglasses came with out a case. They were shipped in a brown Amazon mailer that was barely padded. They obviously don’t care if they get damaged in transit LOL. Not to mention that when I sat the sunglasses down on the table one arm was higher than the other. Not to mention it’s been 11 days since these were delivered to Amazon processing facilities and still no refund. How ridiculous is that???!!! ... show more

It came with YSL pouch (black) and microfiber cloth. Update: Went to YSL store to have it adjusted since it was a bit uneven and they assisted me very promptly. Highly recommend. At least give it a shot!
