I cook chicken on 425 and used these 3 times and it split right in half in the oven. Scared to use the 2 littler ones now and went back to my ancient set I've used for 10 years.

I got these because I was missing a middle size baking pan and the set looked nice. I have been turning the heat down slightly with the black, and it bakes about the same otherwise. Not sure if it is the color or the thickness but these do seem to need a slightly lower temperature. I am vegetarian and tend to bake lower temperature dishes so I cannot speak to the high heat temps that the merchant claims but I have baked to 400 and had no problems. I am the dishwasher in our house, meaning we have no automatic one, so these are moderately easy to clean. They have a pretty finish to them that I don't want to scratch so it takes a little longer but I'm sure they'd be fine if I just scrubbed them. Things don't stick particularly badly so the cleanup is about the same. I think it's just because they are matte black. I would recommend them at the price point I am reviewing at ($45.99). ... show more

These are great but it seems a shame they don’t have long life - two have completely cracked and broken in two - obviously they are supposed to be designed for oven use so it seems they are just poorly made

I haven't tried to bake hotter than 375° so I'm hopeful they will not break. Love that it's freezer to oven. ... show more
