I really like these S450 and S400 SOTAONE drones. With so many budget mini drones on the market it’s hard to choose. I have a few different brands. most of them are a hit or miss. I can say these SATAONE drones are definitely a hit. We been having alot of fun with them. They’re perfect for beginners and kids, or as a gift. The drone is very nimble, and the controls are responsive and fairly easy to learn. It isnt very fast but fast enough for novices like my kids and I. Both the S400 and S450 come with two 1s (3.7v) proprietary lipo batteries which give you about 10min of flight per battery. You also get a zip up Case, extra set of blades, blade protectors, AAA remote batteries, phone holder and usb charger cable. I downloaded the app using the provided QR code. The app is set up nicely. You can connect to your drone via Bluetooth and take pics and vids while flying. Although a nice option to have, the camera has low resolution, and it can only be adjusted manually before flight. This makes it nearly impossible to aim the camera at anything specific while flying. The app also has the option to control the drone with your phone. I couldn’t get this function to work though. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I prefer using the remote anyway so I’m not worried about it. My kids and I really enjoy zipping them around the yard. We don’t need the camera or phone controls to have fun with these drones. ... show more
