I am talking about the "Mixed Berry" in particular. I need a high fiber diet and these are relatively high in fiber (7g) and, of course, protein. They are also one of the healthiest protein bars with good fiber I have found - calories and sat fat good, and zero added sugar. The flavor is good to me. Yes, the are a bit chewy, but not overly to me. The other berry flavors are 2g lower in fiber, while the peanut butter ones are higher in sodium (and PB & chocolate higher in sat fat). Many of the very high fiber protein bars are either not as healthy overall, or more expensive, or require refrigeration, or are harder to find (I don't live in a metropolitan area). ... show more

I have been eating the blueberry version of these for a while now. I wanted a little variety and didn't want a chocolate bar, so I tried these berry ones. They taste good, but stick to my teeth - the blueberry ones don't.

The taste is OK, but these bars really stick all over your teeth. Every time I eat one, I need to chew gum afterwards to get all the food off. Pretty pricey and annoying to eat.
