I like the flavor of these bars because they are not too sweet and they have no sugar alcohols. The bars are quite dense and chewy, which was a surprise to me. I thought about giving these bars 4 stars because the first batch I received had several stale bars - harder but edible. But I’ve reordered them now a few times and haven’t had that issue again. I have a love/hate relationship with RXBARs. On the one hand, they're expensive with prices constantly rising - seriously these are much more expensive than when I first started buying them. On the other hand, I love the simplicity of the bars, with ingredients listed on the front and no crazy chemicals, sugar replacements etc. They taste unlike other bars which typically have a powdery texture that has an unpleasant mouth feel. Instead RXBARs have a nice satisfying chew and taste pretty good. Chocolate Seal Salt is may favorite by far with little bits of dark chocolate enhanced by the sharpness of the salt. In summary, these bars are tasty but also relatively expensive and there are other bars out there with more protein and fewer calories. ... show more
