This is the fifth laptop I've bought from this company and every one I have received has been absolutely splendid! I've purchased four of the 15.6" 'wide screen' laptop's - one for work, one to use when traveling and two for gifts - and now a fifth for my grand daughter but I chose the 14" with a metal case for her. Each one comes with a Windows 10 clean install which takes about 15 minutes to get fully set up. The battery life is great. It takes roughly 5 hours to recharge when fully depleted and provides many hours of general computer usage. It's easy to toss in a bag and use on road trips by just hot-spotting your phone for connection and then you have a computer to use wherever you go. They are a good value for the price but not so expensive it breaks the bank if a mishap or theft occurs. These are great computers for kids needing them for school work or for first job searches but not so powerful they'll be wasting all their time playing games instead of working. I should be good with my laptop purchases for awhile but rest assured, I would gladly purchase another from this supplier if needed. Highly recommended. As a side note: If you're having issues with lagging or slow running, it's Windows 10. You will need to turn off the background operations and set your update time for when you're not using it and the computer will run much faster. ... show more

Battery lasts a good amount of time. It's lightweight and small enough to be portable. I just use it for internet surfing, email, being attentive to music and watching movies.
