The media could not be loaded. I used it to upgrade a vase that I had started trying a different way to update it but I didn’t like it. Then I got this and I love how it turned out. The only downside is that it used up the whole can for this small vase. And I can still see the black part at the top a little. And this was after 2 coats. Beautiful textured finish. Very impressed. Easy to apply as long as you don’t spray on too much at a time. Take your time with equal coats. However, these cans contain less paint then you would think although they weigh the same as a regular spray paint can. Get extra for your project. This product is absolutely garbage. The can I got sprayed out runny liquid that looks terrible. It also only covered 2-3sqft. Very poor quality. I've used Stone paint before and usually get great results. Yes I cleaned the surface, yes I lightly sanded 320 grit, all for nothing. Because this product is a liquid glue it seems, I'm left with a destroyed planter. I strongly suggest going to your local hardware store and buying from them, at least you can get your money back if it sucks this bad. ... show more

This paint looks great (like real stone) when used correctly. Best results tips: 1. Use a primer or base paint. This paint is designed to give a look & texture- not necessarily full coverage. Using a primer will give better results. (Image 1 shows a side where primer was used. Texture paint went on smooth & even). 2. Spray very light coats. Build layers of light coats for desired look. (Image 2 shows the “writing on glass jar” coming through). Again, trying to spray a heavy coat of this paint to get “coverage” will only make it patchy & run. (image 3 shows runs & patchy spots when trying a heavy coat). 3. Nozzle can get clogged because it’s a paint with particles. First- make sure nozzle opening is lined up with “black dot” on top of can. You do have to press hard the first few times. Take the spray nozzle off of can & use safety pin to clear hole on small spray nozzle (not the can opening!) ... show more

I always trust this brand. The coverage is good and the texture of the paint is fun for what I’m doing (a sort of miniature fairy garden on a tiered table). I’ll try to update this review with photos once I take them!

Used this on a wood frame that i had primed with a flat spray paint. I wanted this as the top layer to give it a stone look. It started chipping off before a month.
