I just received my shirt for Halloween. I love that it’s an easy and simple costume especially for work and goes with my daughter’s outfit later for trick or treating. The color is vibrant and shirt seems well made enough for the price. So I ordered an x-large since I typically wear a large these days giving that I just gave birth, which most of the reviews said the shirt runs very small. I was worried that the xl wouldn’t even fit. I was even considering ordering a xxl! When I took it out the wrapper I was shocked at how big the shirt was. I tried it on and it fits me more like a slightly smaller cut xl shirt. I really wanted to return for a large since I feel the shirt would look cuter more form fitting on me but I’m not going to bother returning since Halloween is just days away. The shirt even has stretch to it which I was surprised. I would recommend to order your usual size if you want a shirt to fit form fitting but if you want it to fit looser, to order just one size up. To be fair, this costume is relatively cheap, so I did not have high expectations. Regardless, the flaws are as follows: 1) The printed picture on the shirt visibly folds when I try to tuck the shirt into my pants. Very frustrating. See photo. 2) The star on the tiara tip is off-center. See photo. For $20 though it is worth it. It is otherwise cute. Make sure to size up! The quality of the shirt was excellent. Superb in fact. Even the headband. And the cape was too cute. Attached on the shoulders by Velcro so you can remove it if necessary. The fit for me was a little on the small side, but that mainly was because I had to wear a sweater under it cause it was so cold out. But if it shrinks after it's washed it will definitely be too small, with or without a sweater. So buy a size up for sure if you want to wear it more than once. This runs small. I usually wear a medium but due to the other reviews, decided to go with an X-Large. It was cute and comfy. I washed it before wearing and the design stayed intact. I dried inside out, low setting.

Costume runs way too small! I normally wear a med in tee shirts. Reviews said to size up which I did but the large still feels too small if you like some wiggle room. I'm returning it for an extra large. Material is a comfortable cotton.
