I needed accessories to complete a costume. The "gloves" seem to be strong enough to last awhile. The head band is cheaply made but better than the one that came with the costume. I don't think they were worth the cost but then again...everything is much more expensive than last year.

Loved these! We needed for my daughterโ€™s WW costume. She wears a girlsโ€™ size 10 in clothing, so I was worried these adult gauntlets would be too big for her, but I tried them anyway since Amazon has such easy returns. I am SO glad I did! Except for being just a tad bit loose on her hand and a tad bit long (just past her elbow when fully stretched), they fit GREAT! See pic for detail. She wore them all day at school and no issues at all (except her arms got a little sweaty). But they were comfortable, lightweight, and, to hold up to a kidโ€™s school day must be pretty durable! I purchased these to go with my Wonder Woman outfit this year and I absolutely LOVE them! They are so cute and I love that they have the thumb hole so you don't have to worry about the gauntlets sliding around. They stay in place nicely and they fit just right! Fair warning though: I am about average size, a tad overweight but they fit fabulously. Were I any larger however, I wouldn't have been able to wear these. They are a "one size fits all" item but are catered to skinny people. I am 5'3" , #150, just for reference! Hope this helps! I am very happy with mine though and so far have had no issues (they have been tried out a bit at home!). I would recommend these to others. These are great. I'm putting together a Wonder Woman costume, piece by piece. I chose these golden gauntlets over gold metal bracelets, and it was a good decision--gold lame gives more surface of golden flash and for me, is more comfortable than clanky bracelets. Also, if worn during Halloween, when it tends to be cold, they're warmer. These have only one flaw. On the inside of one glove are 3 labels, all together. I cut them off very carefully, but they were attached at the inside seam, which came open and unraveled to the point where I couldn't stitch it up myself. The tailor at my cleaners repaired it. It may have been the fault of my poor vision or inexpert technique, but be careful. ... show more

Only thing to note is that they were susceptible to a little wear and tear after one use, but for price point, this is fair. I read SO MANY reviews for these, and got them because they looked awesome. I have no idea why the reviews are so high. I wanted these to work so badly. The thumb hole is placed wrong. And the stitching there was already coming undone before I even tried them on. Maybe I just got a bad set? Oh no. Because I bought three sets of these. That's how optimistic I was. All three had bad thumb holes with stitching coming undone. One person said she has small wrists and they fit her. Another person said they bought it for their child daughter and it fit her. Well I have small wrists and I look like I'm wearing shiny garbage bags on them. The fabric isn't nice enough for them to drape nicely where they're loose. I did give one additional star because they are very shiny, very very stretchy, and the symbols seem to be printed nicely. ... show more
