This 7-figure collectable "action" figure set featuring the Rubble & Crew dogs is colorful and has some nice detail, but it could use a little more interactive pieces/motions. I'm not sure how this would ship to you, but my set arrived in a brown cardboard box that was clearly labeled Spin Toys. Not sure if you would get a marked or unmarked box if you buy it. Inside was a set of the dogs, each fastened to a cardboard backing. Luckily, getting all the pups out wasn't too bad, but an adult will likely have to do it. The dogs are all hard plastic but they are colored with good detail. The red dog clearly has a prosthetic leg, so the dogs look accurate. And given that they are hard plastic, they are going to be very durable for 2-6 year olds - just don't let a toddler throw one of them if they are having a tantrum, that hard plastic will do some damage. The smallest pup might be a choking hazard, but I think you can give these to any 2-year olds who have stopped putting toys in their mouth. In terms of them being "action" figures, that's a stretch. The smallest dog doesn't move at all. All the other dogs have head that will rotate on a swivel, but that's it. It would have been nice if their legs moved, or even better, if their backpacks opened. Anything, really. So overall, these are durable figures that are fine for small kids to play with. They would just need a little more interactive parts or movements before I could give them a 5-star rating. ... show more

My five-year-old loves these figurines. He was already a PAW Patrol fan, and these figurines clued us into the fact that there is a Rubble and Crew show as well. Except for Motor (the smallest dog), all the dogs' heads can rotate. Motor is just one solid piece of plastic. They don't seem to be the same size as the PAW Patrol figures that he already has, so Grandpa Gravel (the largest dog) doesn't fit in the driver cut-out of his PAW Patrol vehicles, but the others do. Also, none of these dogs have quite the right paw width to grab onto both of the small plastic pieces that are on the top of some of his PAW Patrol vehicles. (His other PAW Patrol figurines' paws fit into the plastic pieces so that a passenger can ride the vehicles). However, this hasn't deterred my son's love of playing with these figurines. ... show more

These are simple little figures the heads twist (with parent effort in the box). They are scaled appropriately, like the family on the show. These scale okay along other patrol figures, maybe a little big. They appear finished well and well molded for a children's toy. They come in a box with a cut open window on the biggest side. If wrapping use a piece of scrap cardboard and tape it over to give a sturdy surface to wrap squarely. I've had an item change on me in the far past. At purchase this was called "Rubble & Crew, Toy Figures Gift Pack, with 7 Collectible Action Figures, Kids Toys for Boys & Girls Ages 3+ (Figure Set (7 Pack))" This is a new product, so it's description may adjust to suit the product over time. ... show more

The Rubble & Crew toy figures pack comes with 7 collectible action figures. Rubble & Crew is a new show that is part of the paw patrol series. The action figures are just figures and do not have movable parts or backpacks that open up like some of the other toys that are sold. There are probably two members of the crew that can move their necks, but that's it. Still, this is fun for my son that likes to watch the show, as he can play pretend with Rubble and friends. ... show more

My son has been a paw patrol fan for a while and has all the figures, so when I saw these I had to add them to his collection. They don’t do much but he doesn’t care about that. He just likes to have all the different characters and use his imagination to make them interact with each other so he loves them. They are solid plastic with no small or detachable pieces so they are pretty safe for most toddlers. The faces and other features are very detailed and clean. I ordered the Rubble & Crew Toy Figure Set for my three-year-old niece, who is a massive Paw Patrol and Rubble fan. I tried to get pictures of her initial response upon opening them, but as soon as she saw them she was far too excited to remain still enough to get anything good. Needless to say, she is extremely pleased, as am, with them. She made her mom pull out her Paw Patrol Tower and got right into action. The toys seem durable and safe for little ones.
