It had solid wood and was build very well. It wasn’t cheap fiberboard or plastic. Putting it together took me about 20 minutes and was relatively easy. Moving it took two of us but only due to the awkwardness. An adult or child can use this. It’s a decent size with four drawers for storage and a nice solid bench with a nice covering. I usually don't do reviews but I felt that I needed to this time. 1. The packaging was great, each peice was in a box inside of a box tightly packed. 2. The only thing you had together was the legs mirror and the legs on the seat. (All the drawers were already assembled)3. All the screw holes were perfectly matched when attaching the few parts that needed to be screwed in. This vanity is beautiful and well worth the price. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

Very easy to put together. Seat doesn't have pre drilled holes for screws but a little muscle is all you need. Fabric on seat cover is a little boring but otherwise no problems and my daughter loves it!

Bought this for my great niece and she just loves it. It’s elegant enough for her to have well through her teen years. Great quality, real wood not particle board. Was easy to put together and has lots of storage. The drawers are velvet lined and open and close perfectly. The stool is large and can hold a lot of weight. She spends hours every day looking in it, combing her hair after tub time. I bought little pink string lights and put up around the mirror. When I took it to her 4 hours later her mom messaged me that she was still sitting at it saying “omg I love it”, she’s 4! It’s ver good quality at a very reasonable price. I took a chance bc reviews had numerous complaints about damaged parts and being too small. I'm just under 5 feet tall, obese, weigh 200 pounds. Arrived quickly, no damage inside of outside, my husband put it together in 20 minutes, and he hates putting furniture together. Came with all the parts, screws and everything! The vanity is not tiny, not large, just right! I was worried about falling if the stool was too small for my 200 pound weight, every time I use it, it feels sturdy and firm, able to hold my weight! I still might order an acrylic chair that holds up to 300 pounds for emotional security, the vanity it self is cute, looks perfect and matches my white cottage decor theme. It does not look like it cost so little, it looks like it cost as much as any vanity of quality and same size! I would recommend to anyone with a growing little girl through senior citizen age! For the price, the vanity is a great buy, looks good too! We were afraid it would look like a little girls play vanity, but it is real furniture for any age wanting a tri- fold mirror, vanity, stool combination. My husband was impressed with quality. I have zero complaints! I wish this same company sold a matching 3-5 drawer chest to store and hide All My girly things. Drawers are too small for blow dryer or flat iron, a couple of books on the sides would be great too! I'm not complaining, just need larger & more closed storage next to vanity! I'm the kind of person that likes everything organized and grouped with like items in their own space, I don't like hair stuff in one room a e makeup in the other room, I want everything together, close at hand. Now I have to find a closed storage drawers that will hold everything near the vanity! I would buy this again! I would buy this as a gift for all my granddaughter and tell my friends about this too! First impressions are OK. Some of the legs show signs of wood cracking, but seem to still be manageable for now at least. Material is cheaply made. One of my drawers was broken and apart from the box. I had to re-nail and re-glue it back, but didn't take any photos to share. The thickness of the wood material is thin, therefore, short screws are used. Short screws means that it has the most minimal contact to hold the adjacent material in place. A little abuse or weight over time on it will rip the wood grain from the screws. The chair has no guidance on where to position the seat cushion with the leg base. Eye balling it was my method. For $110, I am somewhat disappointed. I was expecting a bit more for that price. ... show more

I was skeptical to get this for my tall 8 year old. I’m so glad I got her this! The kids one was going to be waaay too short. She loves it and it was super easy and fast to put together. The mirror is great and I have no issues with it. I don’t really like the color of the cushion seat but I can put a fuzzy seat cover on it.
