This blue blouse was a birthday gift for my Sister. The material is tshirt knit. It is kind of heather looking in tone. Not as dressy looking as it appears in the picture. I was hoping for a more refined look to maybe wear out to dinner at night. It is however, nice looking to wear with jeans. The color is a pretty blue. I do not know about how it will wash and dry.
