I wear a Medium and it fit not tight or snug but not a whole lot of material to cover a "bigger" pooch, if you have one. After trying it on, I would have chosen a large, if they were in a store but just because I don't like to show my "pooch". The "cuff/pleated sleeve" itself is way smaller than a similar shirt I've gotten here, gives it look a slightly "cheesy" look compared to this other one. Finally a top I did not have to send back. Came wrinkled of course but I sprayed it gently with water and threw it in the dryer. In five minutes it was wrinkle free, no ironing needed. Hangs nicely. Just the right amount of stretch. Not too tight but gives a little shape.

Top is very pretty and seems to be well-made. I purchased the green one which looks like a Kelly green in the pics but, is more like a hunter green in person. I’m 5’4”, 160 lbs, 36DDD and the large was a little too big on me even after washing.
