Theses are easy to use if you even just a little craft worthy. I used a spade drill bit at 3/4 I believe and makes the perfect size. They come with extra bands and as the seller says theses band COULD BREAK because of weather so don’t bash it if it does. It is thick rubber but what I did was add a short black zip tie for better protection and or you could just use a zip tie if the rubber breaks. I definitely recommend it. ... show more

I don’t actually use this for quick release. My bumper was just falling off so I wanted to secure it back to my car. After about a year the rubber is getting a little brittle but I’ll just grab another set of the rubber pieces.

These work as intended with you space them out correctly, just read the recommended distance. As far as the rubber bands, yes they will need replaced. They are rubber after all and have a decent amount of tension on them. This comes with a spare set but you can buy more replacements for super cheap. These with first set bands had survived me catching the front end a few times already (lowered car problems). ... show more
