I was concerned about the quality (because of the price). However, this pair is super nice. My son wears a size 8.5-9 in toddler shoes and the smallest setting on the skates fits perfectly. And since they expand 4 more sizes- they'll last him quite a while. The wheels are rubberized, not plastic so no crazy sliding and they light up when they roll. Ankle support is great.     • Sturdy but lightweight
These skates are fantastic for my 4 year old grandson! They are made to be sturdy for a rough-and-tumble boy, but lightweight and easy for him to put on himself. The flashing lights on the wheels were a nice bonus - I didn’t see that at all. He started by practicing on the room size living room rug, then graduated to the mudroom vinyl linoleum. Now he skates on the hardwood floors with Mimi nearby in case he takes a spill. Be sure to have child wear elbow, knee & wrist pads, and a helmet! They can really fly with these skates. ... show more

These skates are wonderful. you can tighten the wheels down until they learn to stand on skates and move on them. They go to different sizes so you don't have to buy skates every year. My grandkids love them. The light up wheels are an added bonus.

Got them for my 10 y/o for her birthday and she loved them but was a little disappointed that they don't look like the picture. We thought they we going to have the letter "D" on the skates (1st initial of my child's name) but they have a "T" instead, despite that, they fit and work very well.

The media could not be loaded. The button used to adjust the size popped out and we are unable to get it back in. They were literally delivered today.

I love the sturdiness, how easy it is to put on and tie/lock in place. My 2yrs feels confident and loves learning how to skate with us. The only peoblem is trying to convince him to take them off. Trouble twos is a thing. Lol

My son was skating in our driveway, fell and the skates broke (see picture). He’s probably played in them a total of 10 minutes. We should’ve stuck to our gut and bought the 2in1’s from Target. These are as cheap as cheap can get.
