    • A puzzle with a satisfying end result (and spare parts!)
Fairly easy instructions, the end result is fascinating when done right! However, I had some difficulty making sure the gear mechanism was working properly when assembling the front; removing part f17 from it (it was secure enough without it thankfully) and making sure the gears were thoroughly waxed helped me out, but it could vary from product to product. Also, I am grateful for the spare parts, especially for the candle base (which I unfortunately broke in my impatience). I love the tiny details, including the piano lids, exposed gears, and moving keys when you play. I would highly recommend this, and I will definitely be looking into other puzzles from this company! ... show more

I've made many, many 3D puzzles and this by far is one of my favorites. Quality of wood is exceptional, relatively easy instructions to follow, moving parts, music box. A true treasure to keep or give away as a special gift. Tip: Make sure to check and recheck moving parts (keyboard) before completion of model. Highly recommend this puzzle. ... show more

This was a perfect size with a music box inside. Easy to assemble and looks good. Put together for my wife who has played piano before, and she really liked it. Very pleasantly surprised that it was not a small piano music box.
