What I like about these turtle neck sweater is the feel, the fit and most importantly the colors! I washed in cold, gentle cycle with black clothes and layed it on a towel to dry and flipped it over the next day. It takes 2+ days to dry completely. I also tried using a small tale fan in the bathroom, and it took less than 24 hours to dry. I do not recommend you place in the dryer. The care instructions recommends you don't use a dryer. High quality fabric. I got the beige and it is just the right medium weight, not see-through at all. It is warm but breathable, kept the cold air off me but didn't make me sweat. The fit is excellent, very fitted and properly tailored. The ribbing turns into a more narrow gauge around the cuffs and hips, which gives a more sophisticated look. Another subtle detail is that the raised parts of the ribs in the fabric are ever so slightly shiny, but the sunken parts are matte, if that makes any sense. A luxe garment for a reasonable price. I have not been this impressed by any of the turtle necks. I’ve ordered in the last five years. I did not necessarily want the ripping, but now that I have received two of these, it is a more flattering fit. I wish they had more colors. The sleeves so long that I like it that way. I like the fit, though as usual, the arms seem to be meant for an orangutan - just be aware if you're short. I had to cuff them about 3". Also, the first time I wore it, the neck stretched out so much. I didn't pull or tug on it - it just rolled out. Nice, thick turtleneck. I was really surprised by the quality. It has some weight to it with a lot of stretch. Fits true to size. If you’re in the xxl/2x range the xxl large will fit fine.
