We received the rocker and there was evidence of shipping damage as the side of the box was ripped and the chair fabric was torn. I contacted the vendor they were very responsive and they replaced the rocker. The rocker itself was easy to put together and once set up it looks nice, has firm cushioning is very comfortable to sit in and is easy to get out of. I ordered this rocking chair for my daughters nursery as I liked the modern design. Once assembled we were very impressed with how comfortable it was and how nice it looked. Unfortunately though, the chair was too short for me (6’3) and my husband (6’6). I wish it would have worked for us, but luckily the company was very accommodating with our request for a return and refund. This chair is the lowest quality item I have ever received from Amazon. The WORST part about all of this is you have to pay for shipping to receive this item AND you have to pay to ship it back PLUS a 30% restocking fee. I am so upset right now because I will basically be paying more in shipping and restocking fees than I paid for the chair itself. Please save yourself and DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. 1. It is not a full size chair. It looks very small like it was almost made for a child or someone less than 5’. 2. The color is not grey. It is like a yellow/grey/beige. Very unattractive in person. 3. The cushions come vacuumed sealed and are crushed beyond repair. The photos are after a week of leaving it out. 4. The chair also does not even properly rock. It barely moves back and forth for reasons I don’t understand. ... show more

The chair is very comfortable and the directions would have been very easy to follow, minus a hiccup. One of the screw holes for the rocking part was completely filled with what appeared to be wood glue. Instead of what should have been a 30 minute project turned into 2+ hours, several different power tools, and a call for reinforcements to eventually drill all the glue out of the screw hole. I hope this was just a one time accident on this chair, because overall it’s quite nice and assembly should have been quite simple. ... show more
