  • Works very well, flies high, and great battery life.
Style: Strip pattern
These rockets are great. Easy to fly and can launch many times on one battery charge. It's also nice to have a low and high setting. The only slight drawback is that they fly so high you need a large, wide open field or parking lot, or they can end up in trees, even on the low setting. I've never flown them on the high setting as I'm afraid I would lose them. ... show more

  • Kids love it
Style: Rocket pattern
My grandchildren really like this rocket, the battery seems to last for a good amount of launches, it can go pretty high. And just like any other foam airplane, you just need to be a little gentle with it but it seems actually pretty sturdy, the launch pad moves when the rocket launches and sometimes the rocket hits the ground and shuts off. I am thinking about securing it to a piece of wood. ... show more

  • Better than expected!
Style: Rocket pattern
Didn't think it was going fly as high as it did. Great deal.

  • Stay Away from Trees!
Style: Strip pattern
Whatever you do, do not launch near trees because it will get stuck and you will have a disappointed child. Other than that, this is fun for everyone! We all take turns launching it and make up little games as we go. From 4-75, everyone has fun! I thought the quality wasn’t going to be great, but it’s lasted and endured a family with 2 big dogs that are obsessed with catch! ... show more

  • Very fun item for the family.

Cool gift for kids. One charge gets many of flights. Fun for the whole family.

  • Dad approved, not Mom approved
Style: Rocket pattern
What matters here is that its dad approved. AKA, dad is the one using it because this thing is a bit too dangerous for a 2-year-old. I'd err to say it may be too dangerous for any child under 6. Once those blades start spinning, very little will stop them. That said, I (dad) will enjoy the heck out of it. ... show more

  • Great Rocket
Style: Rocket pattern
My son has been wanting to play with a rocket and this is definitely a good product for them to experience and play with. The design is very minimal but the quality and the results are worth every penny. This rocket is very easy to set up and get started with a quick charge and a little assembly of the base. I would recommend to play with this in a large open field as it does go very high into the air and will need a decent amount of room for it to come back down without getting lost. This is one of our favorite toys to take to the park with us. We have let this rocket off over a dozen times and have seen no reduction in the quality of the product or the parachute. ... show more

  • Super duper fun... until it gets stuck in a tree and your kids are crying
Style: Rocket pattern
I got this rocket because we used to have a similar one and my kids loved it and it broke after a week or so of heavy use. I was interested in this because it came with a parachute (our other one didn't) which I thought would help it to last longer. Having had previous experience with a similar toy, I knew that we needed to hold off using this until we could get to a park (you need a wide open area because it gets blown around by the wind in the air and can get caught in a tree or even blown to a neighbor's yard... even on a mildly windy day it can go 50-100 feet or more from the launch site). So, day one I clear my schedule so that we can get out to a park with a wide open area. Unfortunately we get to the park and there is a soccer tournament going on, so we really only have about the area of a little kid's baseball field to work with. I gave my kids a lesson on how to tell where the wind is blowing and then we got ready to launch. We did the smaller (100') launch first just to get a feel for how far it would go. Then we did several large (200') and a few small ones. It was a lot of fun and my kids loved it. Until the wind suddenly shifted and it got caught in a tree (we were being pushed up against the tree line by the soccer game, but the winds *had* been blowing away from the trees until suddenly they weren't). So this was fun for about 20 minutes and then my kids were crying. I think the age recommendation on the box of 14+ is silly. With my guidance, my 10 and under kids were doing just fine with it. Really the only tricky part is making sure you pay attention to the winds and aren't close to anything it could get caught on. ... show more
