All I read was true.. It doesn't smell good. But the smell isn't overpowering. I don't care. I didn't buy it for the scent. I've tried other neck creams and didn't notice any change at all. I love this and have used it for a long time. Goes on smooth and creamy, soaks in immediately but doesn't burn or make my skin itchy. Great product. It actually works unlike some of the creams.

I’ve bought this 3 times. The first time and this time it did not come with the capsules as the description says and shows. There is no option to contact the seller. The product itself works great. I use it on my neck in the daytime and face and neck at night. I do see a difference. The scent isn’t great, but it doesn’t bother me. ... show more

I saw almost every review comment on the smell, and yes it does stink especially at first. But after a few uses it really starts to dissipate. Just leave the jar open for a few minutes each time. Most importantly this actually works. I was going to wait to post my review after I have used this for a few weeks, but my gosh, I am seeing results already on the second night. Today being the third night I am using it. I barely noticed the smell anymore, and I would recommend to simply use the retinol capsules afterwards. That totally diffuses any lingering smell. I have been using it as a night time cream and wait for it to absorb for approximately 30 minutes, and then I apply the retinol capsules. The creepiness under my under eyes has already changed and considerably gone down. I have lost 80 lbs now and have some loose skin to fight and this is doing the trick. I also use the Roc correction serum, face cream and eye cream along with everything. It has done wonders for my skin. My forehead lines any cheek lines everything just gets smoothed out so nicely. For my neck and decollete I have been using the Q10 nivea, which I have loved up until now. But this stuff is a hundred times better. I am super thrilled at the results. And when I wake up in the mornings everything is still smooth. I have mature skin, I am 56 years young, and retinol is a must-have IMHO. I highly highly recommend this. ... show more

    • Works well, smells AWFUL
I could see a difference in my skins appearance when wearing this product, however, the obscene wet dog/soured clothes smell that comes along with it is too much. Every time I get hot it just gives me another round of the smell and then I’m wondering if the people next to me can smell me! I’ve read other reviews where people have said there’s no smell at all or it’s a light, perfumery smell; and I’ve seen speculation that a bad batch was sold on Amazon so I’m thinking I was one of the bad batch folks. I went in to my Amazon account and was able to request a replacement with no issues. Hoping the next one doesn’t leave me smelling like a stinky girl (I am so self conscious about that!) ... show more

I am absolutely loving this. I tried a very expensive Korean cream that didn’t seem to help with my crepey sagging skin. I’ve been dining this for about a week now and I have to say…. LOVE the results. The skin isn’t sagging like before, it looks firmer. Definitely sticking with this.

    • Smells terrible
Could not get past the disgusting smell of bad body odor/gym locker stink. Had to wash my face three times to get the ride of the smell. I’m guessing it has expired or been contaminated. Even if you don’t have sensitivity to scents, this will put you off. Maybe a bad batch but it seems that others have had this problem too. ... show more
