The adjustable arms don't have any kind of spring tension. They "lock" (but don't lock) into a few preset positions, so there will usually still be some wobble. It fit into the truck perfectly. Works well. OEM rubber holders were very limiting. That's now allows me to take my 40 oz thermo flask and use it when driving. Hold is good and keeps flasks from falling out when taking turns.

not a bad product, it fits and it does what it says it does. Doesn't work for me however, I use a taller, slimmer water bottle and the thing bounces and moves around when using this as the holder, where as the rubber holder firmly hold the bottle. This would never work in a bumpy off-road or dirt road situation. I think I am going to have to go back to the rubber inserts :( The arms on it do not hold strong in their position and are knocked to wider positions easily by the bottle. I have to constantly reset the bottle upright- no bueno, sorry. I would not recommend the product but to each their own! ... show more
