I wanted to like this mostly due to the look and layout of the pockets, but unfortunately after less than six months of use (one or two days a week) the stitching around the waist strap grommet gave way. As other commenters have mentioned the canvas is quite stiff which, although perhaps good from a PPE standpoint, makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear and work in. Particularly when bending over or trying to root around in the pockets. I’m not sure what I’m going to replace this with, but I don’t plan on buying another of this model. ... show more

    • Outstanding! Almost feels like leather.

Absolutely perfect! Extremely durable and almost feels like leather. I do alot of woodworking with a dremel on my leg and I needed something that would give me some protection and cover all the way to my knee. This is the one that does exactly that. It's thick, but not bulky, and with the split in the middle front, I can sit for hours without having to adjust it on my leg. I chose it mainly for that reason, so all the other features are a bonus to me. My other favorite thing about this, is that you can simply slide your arms through the straps, then when you snap the clip in the back, it pulls the while thing tight. No fuss or agrivating adjustments, just done! The pockets are placed in a way that they just make sense. I have no problem paying what it cost, for this quality of product. Very stiff as others have mentioned but, my issue is the pockets. They are dead flat and stuff as well meaning you really can't use them. The phone pocket won't hold a modern phone with a case... It's too small. Pixel6 as a reference. Maybe good for other uses, sending it back.

This is a great fit and works well for what I need in my shop. I do mild woodworking projects and blacksmithing and this works great for both. Place for my tape measure and other hand and measuring tools. Very comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time like I need.

If you are looking for a great workshop apron, this is the choice. The material is tough and comfortable. I was debating on the regular or x-large and was glad I went with the regular ( I am 6'1" and 240 lbs.) as it fit perfectly. Like the pockets and the magnetic panel to hold my screws. My wife loves it because it has greatly reduced the sawdust on my clothes. Win-Win!!! ... show more
