Sure they are ergo fit, but they are not very dense and really quite small so your hand will fatigue with these. A better alternative for hard core racers than lock-ons. These are light & don't slip. Expect to replace each season if you ride hard- I upgraded to Specialized s-works foam grips for this season, but these are just as good & less than half the price

Very light, easy installation, not good wet, this is NOT for wet environments. However, I can't think of any downsides as long as you don't splash through streams or ride in the rain. Great grip with a very good medium density and high quality.
