Coming from Oura, wanted to explore the free alternatives. First thing first I love the app. UI is the best. Free stuff on the app that’s quite helpful. Comfort for me is great. Sleep tracking comes close to Apple Watch. Well, rings vs bands or watches. I do feel that the watches or bands feel the pulse better than rings anyways. Scratch on silver is not easily seen as oppose to the darker colors. Battery life is good compared to Oura. However, one thing that is quite important for me is the accuracy of the heart beat. Although when you’re about to start an exercise it does tell you that live heart rate may be different than it actually is, I really wasn’t expecting this big of a difference today. At the beginning of my stretches the app showed 137 then 120s which my Apple Watch was showing 75-80 range. Those I hit when I’m running and it is really bizarre to see that high. Obviously any user who’s active would feel the difference of 80s vs 120s. This was very inaccurate of the Ultrahuman ring. But that’s still in Beta and I’d like to give them a little more time to see if that will change any time soon. I will update my post after trying Ringconn too. ... show more
