Daughter is a novice to intermediate skater, and these are great for the price. Good comfort and gives her motivated to get even better. Size 2 worked well for seven year old who is 4 feet tall. A little big so she can grow into them.

This is a recreational skate between starting and figure skating. This is NOT a figure skating boot, but if you want to see if your kid will love the sport and take it to the next level this is a good starting point, with a price you can stomach.
