I love these jeans. At 5'6 and 260, it's a gamble buying fat girl pants, as we don't all carry our weight in the same places. I happen to be an apple shape, and this particular brand fits my shape. And they are comfortable: no pinching, no gaping, no sagging butt.

I bought these after reading some of the product reviews, but I'm totally unhappy with this purchase. They have a close fit in the legs, which is OK, but the rise is so low that the waistband hits me about 3 inches below my belly button and is so tight that they're not wearable. Inconvenient to return them, so they'll go in the giveaway pile. I'm just fed up trying to find a decent pair of jeans made for a more substantial figure (hint: we're not all pear-shaped). A lot of us larger women are not just larger-sized little women, our shapes vary, and our ages. Why would a size 22 woman want jeans with a low rise???? We can't wear them because our stomachs aren't flat!! If I tried to sit down in these jeans, they wouldn't cover my butt because the rise is too low. Why can't jeans manufacturers make jeans for us??? ... show more

as a large woman over 60 I find getting jeans that dont expose my butt when I bend a big issue and jean that actuall fit to the waist even harder- I hater those low rider things these are nice and comfy fit at the waist and no spandex in them gives me the classic real denim feel that I want working on the farm - needing a nice heavy jean to work outside in was nce to find this awes fitting pair I wear a 20 and these are perfect- I have large hips and have had multiple stomach surgeries so scar tissue makes some jeans rubbing cause sore spots not so with these ... show more

I like these jeans because of their true to size fit and because of the color choices. I like stretchy jeans that look like regular jeans and these do. They are comfortable to wear and do not bind at the waist as some other brands. I will probably purchase this brand and style in the future when needed. I also think they were a good price. In store plus size stores are too high for my budget unless there is a sale and even then they might not have what you need because they are sold out. ... show more

I have been a Lee fan for many years and was so pleased when I put on these jeans as soon as they arrived. They fit! It was great! BUT, I discovered - alas, days later - that there had been a heavy darning/stitching patch on one of the legs. Heavy stitches, looking to be from an industrial use machine, perhaps, to cover a knife cut or something. The jeans still fit, sure, but I was not happy that they'd been repaired and sold anyway, without a note on them that they were "irregular".     • Totally Inconsistent in construction

I ordered a 16w waist too small (even though this is my true size in similar jeans) the length a little long but I could have had then hemmed; I order a 18W Too Large, and the length was way to long, by 8 inches, I ordered and 18P and this pair was completely messed up; the waist band came up to within 3 inches of my breast line, the length was 7 inches to long (I'm 5'5" and 175) hardly petite but I thought I would give them a try but the worst feature with this petite pair of jeans was that the hips measured 26.6 inches across when laid out flat...on my body the hips stuck out like old fashion jodhpurs...the ones that stick way out at the sides or imagine oompa loompa pants only at your hips. the other two pair were straight at the hips. This pair was was obviously made for a woman with curves, I, unfortunately, am straight up and down which is specifically why I chose these pants. It use to be you couldn't go wrong with Lee Brand, now it is hit or miss. ... show more

These will be my pick for life! They keep that brand new dark look if cared for properly, I wear a "Petite" size so when they came "M" I worried but they fit the bill & they aren't as weighted as they were in my younger days but are heavy enough. I found my brand & would buy if needed in a minute!

Rise is perfect. Color is perfect. Fit is perfect. But obviously someone got the inseam wrong. I wear a 30 inch inseam. I ordered regulars because they are supposed to be a 31 inch inseam. There is NO WAY these are 31 inches. Everything else is totally perfect and I love them. Very comfy and great looking, and comfy pair of pants.
