This all inclusive set is the way to go if you are wanting to decorate a cake for the first time but don't know exactly what you need because it has all the basic items plus more all in one convenient set. And you can't beat the price for all the items you receive. The plastic, rotating cake stand was easy to use and we actually used it with a little greenery below to cover the blue ring that didn't match our décor for display too. As a newbie bento cake bakers we ordered this kit primarily because it has all the hardware/tools needed. We have tried the wheel three times and it is a no go. It does no turn smoothing/spin. We will be investing in a metal wheel. However all the other tools are great. I would recommend this for beginners/kids or if two people are baking when one can spin the table while the other pipes.
