I own a day spa and one of my specialty services is spray tanning. I learned a little later in life that the sun was not my friend, however, unfortunately most of the damage had already been done. I now avoid the sun like the plague as I have had a couple of scares and I have tons of sun damage and sun spots on my legs and malasma on my face; however, I often wear v-cut or scoop neck shirts so my chest often gets sun... even with SPF 50-90... and it has definitely taken it's toll. My chest was all crepey looking and was already starting to get wrinkles even though I was in my early thirties. Last December I had "Photorejuvination" performed to treat the sun damage and malasma on my face and under my chin. Afterward my dermatologist recommended Nectifirm to help with my chest and as preventive maintenance for my neck, (My neck ís fine but it's never too early for beauty!) At first I was skeptical so she gave me about 10 little sample packets to try out first and if I wasn't satisfied I could bring back the unopened jar for a full refund. I used the sample packets religiously morning and evening. By the time that I used the last packet, there was no question that I was going to open and continue on with the jar. The results were phenomenal! I had always lathered up my chest with lotion to attempt to make it look less dry, but that never really worked and after an hour or so it would look the same. I have rather large breasts and in my line of work I had to wear a sports bra every day and most nights. Subsequently, I had already started to notice that I was getting wrinkles between my clevage running up to my upper chest as a result of my breasts being squished together and the skin between them being constantly creased. I was mortified that at the tender age of thirty the skin on my chest rivaled that of someone 10 or 20 years older than myself! After one week of using nectifirm, the crepey skin was noticibly more nourished and younger and healtier looking. The creases were less prominent as well... or maybe that was just wishful thinking on my part. All I know is that after 20 days of using nectifirm religiously I felt like I had skin that I could be proud of and suited my age rather than looking like some old matron. It really works!!! The only down sides in my opinion are that it is pretty expensive, and once you stop using it, even for a short while... a week or so... my skin seemed to start to revert back to it's previous state. I am sure that has to do with, at least in part, that I am continuing to damage it further. Personally, I think it's worth every penny and I wouldn't consider not moisturizing my face every day, so why should my chest be any different. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! My feeling is that this product just encourages you to remember to moisturize your neck daily to minimize wrinkles. It’s good for that because since I spent $100 almost on it, I’ll be using it! No stinky perfumes or irritating chemicals. I do believe it’s not any different that any other quality moisturizer but to me it’s worth it because the packaging reminds me to take a second in the morning and use this. I am in my early fifties and I must admit that I have had little to no skincare regimine for the last 30 years. My neck started looking really crepey in the last few years and I really noticed it in pictures if my neck was showing. I had even hated looking at the mirror because my eyes were immediately drawn to the crepey turkey neck and the lines--horizontal and vertical-- that were plaguing my neck. I heard about this product and was eager to give it a shot. OH MY GOODNESS!! I saw some improvement within a week, and marked improvement within two weeks. Within three weeks of use, I have little to no complaints about my neck. I will no longer worry about having a turkey neck immortalized digitally or on film. I get the strong feeling, however, that if I discontinued use, I would be gobbling again. If cost is an issue, which it is for me, I should note that a little goes a long way. I think that I will be able to get three months worth of product from this small jar, maybe even three and a half or four months. I have purchased this product through a dermatologist and Amazon and the products worked the same for me. I notice if I take a couple weeks off from using it, or try a different product, that my neck is not as firm and skin looks drier. I am in my 60s. Also, on the Revision Skin care site it says: "Counterfeit Revision Skincare® products have been found on unauthorized retailer websites. Best cream I've ever had for the neck and unbelievable results on my eyelids. It is easily absorbed...doesn't lay on top of my skin like some creams. It makes my neck more supple, doesn't get rid of all the wrinkles (might have if I had started with it when I was younger) but has noticeably firmed my neck. I've been using it on my eyelids and up to my eyebrows and it has dramatically reduced the crepey look that I had. I haven't found anything else that works for that area like the Nectifirm. I use a little under my eyes and it works well there too. A little goes a long way so it really isn't expensive. ... show more
