The mattress is pretty heavy, so plan if you need help. I had a hard time managing, but finally got it set up. This mattress is super soft and comfy! It’s clearly well made and good value for money. It will totally slap you in the face, so be careful when taking the plastic off.

I waited a few days after using the mattress to give a real review. It has a very good consistency, the gel top makes a plus for it, repelling body’s heat. It is very compact and solid, however it does not feel hard to sleep. I heard that foam mattresses are hot, so I want to get the gel top to have a more comfortable sleep; the foam adapts itself to the body shape and it makes your sleep super smooth. We purchased the 10” mattress and it does not leave any gap between the headboard, the mattress cover is nice and well made. The price is great, I found the same mattress in a different brand for $89 more for a full size. I got it for my young daughter and she loves her new mattress. The delivery was super accurate as we were notified, we received it early in the morning, we opened and the mattress got expanded within an hour, we did not cover it all day to give plenty time to get completely expanded and it was ready for sleep same night. I am so impressed with this matress, and as you can see so are our rescue kittens. What you see in the picture is the matress after only 1 hour after opening it. It immediately inflated when we started to cut the plastic packaging. This is a 14 inch Queen matress, and it truly is a 14 inch queen size. It has completely filled the frame of the bed. I layer down on it 15 minutes after opening it and it was so comfortable. Soft on the top but firm and no I couldn't feel the springs at all and I am 5'4" weighing 240, not a lightweight lol. This matress was purchased for one of our spare bedrooms and I'm now considering purchasing one of these in a king size to replace our extremely expensive split adjustable king size bed that constantly separates in the middle leaving a hole to fall into 😄. I had read so many reviews and researched so many matress before purchasing this one and it really did exceed my expectations. I highly recommend this matress to anyone looking for a truly comfortable matress that is true to size and description with fast shipping ( it also arrived a day early). ... show more

I like the quality of the mattress. The cover is good and the memory foam is good and it doesn't get too hot. But the springs may be a little too soft. I sink in a little too much for my liking (although I am a bigger person). My butt seems to sink in too much when on my back. But I'm a side sleeper and it does that job well and I have had no back pain. The cover has a zipper and is removable and it does not seem to have a fiberglass fire barrier (don't quote me on that). I got the 12 inch mattress. It is so nice. It arrived clean with no issues. Mattress is super plush and then you can feel the coils down below if you really try. I think if you sit on the sides, it bends down some, I know people mention that, and that happens with most mattresses, so I’m not sure why that’s a big deal. Regardless, I think the value is there and we just unwrapped it and it popped up and did its thing, it did not have any smell at all. I got the 12 inches In hopes that the mattress would have a good firmness, but a good plushness on top, which it does! The mattress arrived on time. It is cool to see how someone can compress a queen mattress into a reasonably easy box to handle. The mattress has so far worked as advertised. The individual pocket springs are a nice feature to minimize any bed motion from disturbing the person next to you. The only constructive criticism we have is that it would be nice to have what level of comfort the mattress is labeled on the mattress itself. We looked and we unsuccessfully could not find anywhere the mattress was labeled as “Firm” or Semi-Firm” or any comfort level. We chose to pay for the “Firm” mattress and we don’t have a way to verify that. Outside of that so far the bed feels good just not sure it is actually a “Firm” mattress. ... show more

Honestly I like mid firm but this bed is firm firm but it's still good. If you live buy yourself I don't recommend getting the queen unless you get help this bed is heavy please use team lifting but all together the bed is comfy and supports my back it's beautiful and the cover that's on the bed the white part can be unzip and taken off if anything gets on it at lease I'm guessing that's why they made it so you can unzip it but definitely worth the money and the thickness is an inch more then 14 properly about 15 ... show more
