This product is pretty good. It made me sweat almost immediately. However, the waist trainer does not cover my entire waist and stomach. I am pretty short, so I thought it would cover it all. Also, the arm bands are too small, even as tight as I put it, it still didn't reach arm my entire upper arm. Although it fits I wasn't expecting the waist band to be so small...I feel it should be with the size you choose...I have yet to see a female wearing a 2X with a small waist that that waist band would cover....All waist bands should be able to cover the entire stomach....I am not a small female I'm thick with a stomach...I'm glad I still have my other waist band and waist trainer...Imma work it out cause I don't feel like sending it back and gotta wait longer for another waist band that with cover my fat tummy.... ... show more

I bought the 3x-4x. I am a bigger girl so I wanted to make sure it would fit,I actually could have gone down a size but it's stretchy and I'm able to wrap it perfectly anyways. I wore it to the gym tonight,I did a total of 45 minutes on the elliptical and only on level 1 (very low) within 3 minutes, my arms were sweating and dripping everywhere. When I got home from the gym,I was soaked in sweat where I had this wrapped. I am going to try to do a longer workout tomorrow, so honestly just the little bit I had it on,I HIGHLY recommend it,and this is coming from someone who is no fitness expert and I like to eat and I hate exercise.
