The wrinkles from it being folded do come out just make sure you lay it flat and don’t put any furniture on ir. I waited eagerly for this to arrive. Had to pick up at local post office, some issue with Amazon delivering in my building. It came folded - we unfolded put in place and waited for the wrinkles to settle. Nope.. used some weight, time, nope. Someone suggested steaming it. I’ll try and report back. Size and design color- perfect. Robot vac does great, cat hair a plenty, no problems.. spill cleaned up nice.. wrinkles are annoying! If you know how to fix I’m all ears its been 2 months - the creases are still there. I do not like this rug. and now i cannot figure out how to reach the seller. ... show more

Cannot get this rug to flatten out & it seems to have permanent creases (probably due to the packaging- it comes folded not rolled). I purchased 2 rugs (different brands, not the same seller) for different areas in my house. The other rug is a washable as well and it looks and lays beautifully, no issues at all. This is very poor quality. It’s not soft to the touch as advertised. Yes it has a rubber nonslip backing but other than that this is a very poor quality rug. I’m past my return time so I’m stuck with it. Very disappointed. Buyer Beware. ... show more

Very disappointing rug. I had read the reviews that there was a problem with creases not relaxing and not flattening. I decided to take a chance. Well folks, I should have listened to the reviewers! I ordered this rug in August and as of today November 14th, the creases are still there. My window of return has expired and I’m stuck with a terrible rug. The rug is shipped folded in a box! Not rolled! No matter how much weight is applied to the folds, or low setting ironing, it will not flatten. Buyer beware! ... show more

I bought this rug for my living room to accompany my new furniture. It goes so well with my modern classic theme and has pops of blue that I love. It came folded, not rolled, so it had lines in it initially. However, after laying it out for a few says, it had flattened nicely and after vacuuming for the first time you can’t even tell where it was folded.
