I received these for Christmas. So glad I did. They make me super relaxed. The heat setting isn’t too much. Quiet. Easy to use. Just lay back and enjoy. I think it helps with my sinus pressure too. Double win!

    • I’ve owned these and this one is awful
I’m super disappointed in this product. Mine has a defect where the left eye pops when it deflates and it feels like you’re being flicked in the eye. I’ve owned an older version of their eye mask which did not do this and worked great the reason I gifted it away to a friend was because the only thing it lacked was memory function which this upgraded version has so that’s why I decided to buy it. I’m now regretting that decision. I reached out to customer service about this issue first and they wanted a video, which by the way is hard to capture given it’s an air pressure malfunction. I sent it anyways and actually was able to capture the issue and the very audible noise it makes while doing it. All customer service had to say was that it worked fine. So on top of a bad product their customer service is awful as well. I’m very surprised considering I’m spent plenty of money with them and own many of their products I figured if I reached out about a very obvious issue they’d show me respect but that wasn’t my experience unfortunately. Not sure mine works right. *Massage-Temples works great but it pounds one eye over and over and over. *Heat/cooling-Heat works great. Ice/cooling pack is just ok.
