Got this as an upcoming Christmas gift for my nephew and I am certain he's going to love it. I actually had a bit of fun with it myself while testing it. I think I annoyed my dog with it a little though. Right out of the box it is pretty much ready to go. No annoying anti theft ties holding it to the packaging so you can just open it and remove all the pieces. It comes with two rechargeable batteries for the tractor which you will have to charge with the included charge cord. One end of the charge cord is USB style so you will need a power adapter like you would use for a cell phone. You only use one battery at a time so you can have the other charged and ready to go when needed. The remote control takes two AAA alkaline batteries. The battery cover on both the tractor and controller are held in place with a screw so you don't have to worry about your child getting to the battery. There is no instruction manual in the box but there are instructions printed on the bottom of the box itself. The tractor has some cool features like headlights, front and rear outer cabin lights and you can raise and lower the trailer hitch. It is slow moving like a tractor and is fairly good at climbing with it's airless and big squishy rubber tires. The turning radius however is pretty wide and the lights only come on when the tractor is moving forward or backwards. The wagon also has a couple of cool features such as a kickstand in the front and you can manually raise and lower the wagons dump body. The remote has two separate thumbs sticks with one for moving forward and backwards and the other for steering left and right. There is also a switch to turn the lights on and off and a switch that makes the tractor move forward and backwards while turning in a small area by itself. Overall I really like this little tractor and feel it would make a great gift for any young boy. All the parts are well built for a toy and seem durable. Highly recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a really fun to play with RC tractor. Your kids will have a lot of fun playing and towing stuff around with it. Please see the video for a demo.

    • For younger children
We originally ordered this for our 7 year-old grandson, who played with it for a while but quickly became bored with it. He has so many remote control devices that this slow paced vehicle that you control to go right or left at one slow speed. There are accessories (wagon, hay bales and a farmer figurine) that come with the set, but are used manually, not activated with the remote. The tractor is fairly well built, meaning it is at least some metal, and should be fine for indoor play. The lights came on when we initially started it up but we haven’t been able to get them to come on since. The remote takes 2 - AAA batteries (not included) and the tractor operates on one of the two rechargeable batteries enclosed. Nice to have two since one can always be charged. Both the battery compartments on the remote and on the tractor can only be accessed by using a screwdriver, and a very small phillips-type screwdriver at that. Our 4-year-old grandson has played with the tractor set more than his cousin, so I would recommend this toy for younger kids. ... show more

WOW – kid’s toys today are AMAZING – WiFi remote control tractor with dump bed This is a great toy RC farm tractor kit. You need to know that there is a companion RC farm tractor set that you just must also buy to compliment this set. I mean, this farm tractor set is complete on its own, but the kids have so much fun with it that you SHOULD buy the other companion RC farm tractor set. This is a WiFi wireless remote controlled RC farm tractor set. Only the farm tractor is RC Radio Controlled moving with its own rechargeable battery powered motor. The dump wagon IS NOT motorized under RC control. But the kids have fun playing with the hands on manual manipulation parts just fine This thing is “awesome”. I mean, you know, for a kid, not for me, I am an old senior adult. Ahem, I am going to study and memorize the instructions before the kiddies visit. I am going to have the included rechargeable battery fully charged. I am sure the grand kids will be teaching me all about all the things they can make it do. The remote controls are amazing. I love this toy set for my son because he loves tractors and he absolutely loves this. It’s so similar to a real tractor & I like that it comes with a remote control to control the front tractor but it also comes with a trailer, farmer & several different haystacks. This tractor is pretty awesome. I ordered it for my son but my 10 year old daughter plays with it just as much. The tractor is sturdy built and heavy duty. All of the included pieces are of good quality and it is fun to hook up the trailer, fill it up and drive it around. This is a super cool tractor. I have several RC models and I am a diecast model collector. This tractor fits both bills. It is a really nice RC model that performs well and has a very nice remote. The best thing about it is that the tractor itself is almost all metal and very well made so when I am not using it as a RC toy it makes a really cool diecast display piece. It comes with a trailer for hauling haystacks that are provided with the toy and even comes with a little farmer.
