I spent hours searching for the perfect chair and after sifting through reviews (genuine reviews, obviously) I am so glad I chose this one. It has a lot of options, has very STRONG capabilities to get into deeper tissue areas. The heat option is cool! You can charge your phone and it has a Bluetooth speaker that isn’t obnoxious to other close by. The biggest complaint I could have (which is hardly a complaint) is if you want deep tissue on your neck and upper back you should simply flip the head rest/back pad over the back of the chair. That can be done one handed while sitting in the chair. It is still very comfortable with or without it. My husband loves the voice controls and the screen is awesome to see everything vs other chairs that require you to hold onto a remote control. Delivery was easy to schedule (they called me) and putting it together took less than 15 minutes. It did not come with extensive instructions on how to install the leg part, but with a little common sense and someone to hold a Philips screw driver, it was easy configured and the lights came on instantly! ... show more

The RELX chair is nearly perfect for an affordable full body massage with great features. It came well packaged and easy to set up and is immensely comfortable - you just don't want to leave it after a massage (which can be set to a max of 30 mins). I did experience a problem initially with the control panel not responding well. David, the technician I contacted via customer support, courteously and with great patience helped me diagnose the problem and RAPIDLY shipped a replacement control panel which appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks goodness, because I would've hated to try to ship back a 200lb piece of furniture! David also assured me of their 3 year warranty and encouraged me to contact the company if I have any further problems, but all is well thus far. WHAT I LIKE: 1) The chair is REALLY relaxing and truly beneficial for aching back and feet, and it sure seems to put me in a great relaxed mood very quickly. I feel myself breathing deeper and "letting go" within just a few minutes, especially when the foot-kneading kicks in. The arm-hand massage and shoulder compression is also better than I would have expected. 2) The chair can sit within a couple of inches from the wall and yet not touch the wall when fully reclined - takes up less space than one would think for a big chair. 3) It almost always puts me to sleep before the default 20 min massage is completed - I think that alone says it all! 4) Easy to move the angle up and down for ease of watching TV or reading, but you probably won't for long because it'll knock you out! WHAT I DON'T LIKE: 1) The control panel post placement on the left arm is a bad idea in my opinion, but one can always easily remove the post for better arm positioning getting in and out of the chair - there's plenty of coiled cable on the control panel to place where convenient, such as in your lap or on a side table. I plan to 3d print an extension to set the control panel outside of the arm but keep within arm's reach. 2) By default, when the massage ends, the chair remains in a reclined position, which is fine, but when the power button is pressed again so you can decline the chair and get out, another massage starts. One has to press the power button twice to return the chair to its starting position. No big deal, but sorta annoying. 3) The Bluetooth speakers are a thoughtful addition and are easy to pair, but are of extremely poor quality - worse than a decent AM radio. I'd love to replace the speakers with better drivers, but that'll probably void the warranty. I recommend using headphones or a good BT speaker instead of the chair's speakers. 4) The manual is mostly usable but is clearly not written by an English speaker, and that's understandable in global trade, but it could be improved a LOT. CONCLUSION: I HIGHLY recommend the RELX chair for the price despite my small dislikes, and thus far, RELX is displaying GREAT technical support (thanks again, David!). I've had other massage chairs, but this one is by far my best one yet. Now, excuse me, gonna saddle up and take a relaxing nap in the chair.... ... show more

I did a lot of research on massage chairs. In person and online. I finally landed on this one because the excellent reviews, features, design, color, and price point. This chair has everything you need and allows you to make a lot of adjustments to pressure, location etc. every part feels of quality from the frame to the seating material to the electronics. You will not be disappointed. There is a bit of a learning curve when wanting to make manual adjustments and fine tune. Super easy to run the pre-made programs but fine tuning takes a little practice. Read the manual and follow along. I recently contacted their customer service because the built in Bluetooth speakers (awesome I may ad) connection didn't seem to be working. They contacted me immediately to help and were great! It was as simple as rebooting my phone and turning the chair off then on lol. I should have thought to do that myself! I don't think you will be disappointed at this chair. Men 5'6 to 6,2" have used my chair and everyone raves. They love it!! I am 5'1 and the rollers don't hit me quite right. There are many manual adjustments and I use those to make the massage fit me right. So if you are a shorty, it still is great you may just have to play around with settings a bit more than the average person to get the most comfortable massage. I highly recommend this chair. I received no compensation or discount or anything for my honest review of this chair. I received this yesterday and after sitting on it for less than 30 minutes I s was initially disappointed. I’ll explain. Its comfortable, and most would probably appreciate the quality as well as the intensity. It also looks good. I initially tried it and I didn’t feel much, so I wanted to return it. Afterwards I noticed there was a second layer of padding that I had been leaning on, I flipped the pad to the back and was able to get a more deeper massage feel. I really like the stretch mode too. Not a huge fan of the touch screen, I’d probably prefer a remote over it. The voice activation is ok. If there’s any background noise it probably won’t pick it up. Even when quiet sometimes. It’s gotta be super clear and precise. I don’t really care for the voice control anyway, but for those who do, I’d say it’s alright at best. I do feel like the shiatsu massage on the back can be more deeper and powerful. The neck and lower back work pretty well. Glutes also mediocre. I’m going to try for another week or two to make sure I’m fully satisfied or not before I decide whether or not I keep it. I’ll update the review then. ... show more
