I’m so glad that I got the massage chair. I use it ever night and it help me a lot. I could fall asleep much better. Everyone in the family use it. I also like the. customer service the panel was not working good. So they send me another panel right away. They were quick in response.

This chair even has heat which we were not aware of...it too adds wonderfully to the massage experience. All this adds up to a excellent massage at a great price! Beware...once in the chair no one wants to leave it so you may need to purchase additional chairs (LOL). Wish there were more stars I could give this chair because it deserves it!!! ... show more

I received this yesterday and after sitting on it for less than 30 minutes I s was initially disappointed. I’ll explain. Its comfortable, and most would probably appreciate the quality as well as the intensity. It also looks good. I initially tried it and I didn’t feel much, so I wanted to return it. Afterwards I noticed there was a second layer of padding that I had been leaning on, I flipped the pad to the back and was able to get a more deeper massage feel. I really like the stretch mode too. Not a huge fan of the touch screen, I’d probably prefer a remote over it. The voice activation is ok. If there’s any background noise it probably won’t pick it up. Even when quiet sometimes. It’s gotta be super clear and precise. I don’t really care for the voice control anyway, but for those who do, I’d say it’s alright at best. I do feel like the shiatsu massage on the back can be more deeper and powerful. The neck and lower back work pretty well. Glutes also mediocre. I’m going to try for another week or two to make sure I’m fully satisfied or not before I decide whether or not I keep it. I’ll update the review then. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The driver dropped this off in my living room, then waited until I gave him a positive review. The lights wouldn’t come on, they are mentioned in the booklet but not how to turn them on. Contacted Amazon, they were unable to assist and recommended contacting seller. It’s been about 40 hours, no email response. I called this morning and left a message. Still no lights. Can’t get it to be at zero gravity with feet up. The booklet they send sucks. It’s all trial and error with the control panel. The AI, is stupid, ridiculous nd doesn’t do what it says. The massage is VERY good! I’m very concerned about the customer service. I ordered it Sunday and it arrived 8:30 Monday night! As mentioned, the panel needs to be backlit, can’t see it without a light nearby. I really want the lights to work. I’m very concerned about customer service response for such a high priced item. Have had better assistance with ten dollar items. I’m really not sure if I’m keeping this item. Actually looking for something to strap the box closed so I can send it back. There are several things about this chair that I like, but several that concern me with such a high dollar item. Hopefully I’ll be able to update to a better review but I’m not feeling comfortable at this point. I can not recommend this item at this point. Update: Customer support called me and David was outstanding! He face timed me and in five minutes helped me get over my frustrations. The led light on the side of the chair only come on when the chair is activated. David asked me to do a few things with the screen, he noticed I was using my thumb and said to stop that and use my fingertips. Simple but really made a difference. He said you have to sit through the body scan and wait for the beeps before making changes. Once you get that beep, using the fingertip, change the default mode of 4(relax) to any of the other modes. Going to zero gravity, again, after the body scan using fingertip, there are three zero gravity settings, I like the all the way back. You can also change the intensity levels at that time. I love the chair. A little disappointed that the lights aren’t always on, but no big deal. I also mentioned the lack of backlight to see the screen better, perhaps a future upgrade. I’m getting rid of the packaging and keeping the chair. Three year warranty and David made it seem that they are very proud of their product and want their customers to be happy. ... show more
