Annoying. Has a lot of potential but maybe I received a faulty product. Whenever I try to press the handle, the top part pops out. It makes it nearly impossible to use. Update: the original product I had was just faulty. Customer service hooked me up with a replacement and it works perfectly!

The Rejuvenate cleaners especially the grout cleaner is excellent. The grout brush is the main reason I purchased this product. As a floor mop there are several others out there which are much better made but grout cleaning brushes on a pole, thus do not require you to get down on your hands and knees, are rare! This one does the job along with the great grout cleaner Rejuvenate makes. Cleans better than anything else I have ever used including several professional (acidic, strong odor) products. It actually brings back the original color of your grout in less than a hours work in a normal size kitchen. Amazing!! I only give 4 stars due to the cost and inability to just purchase the grout brush without the rest bundle. I found the rest of the bundle to much less useful compared to other brands I already have which work better for cleaning hard wood floors. ... show more

I have used the mop n clean and it was awesome. The Rejuvenate products are the best you can buy. However, today when I tried to mop my floor the lever was stuck and it was unable to spray. I'm very disappointed and disgusted as it is now worthless.

I bought this product to make our house cleaning easier. After receiving this product, we loved it, it was easy to assembled and can clean the house very efficiently. But over time, we noticed a deadly problem. After we spray to certain level, the pressure would build up in the bottle and we could no longer spray. It is like drinking a bottle of water without letting any air in, easy at the begining, but gets harder and harder as bottle is squeezed. As you can see, in the picture, the bottle is badly compressed and there is still substantial liquid in it. We also noticed that the mop would produce squidgy sound after couple time of uses which indicates that it is not as durable. ... show more

Bought this along with a 32oz bottle of finish restorer. The kit is pretty self explanatory, comes with the handle, brush attachment and mop heads. You can put a bottle of cleaner into the handle with the quick disconnect kit and use the built in trigger to spray the cleaner. Very well thought out. The only negative is when you pull the cleaner out, you tend to spill some and some remains trapped in the handle and can leak out if you forget to empty it all the way. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It is perfect for vacuuming my husband’s convalescence room daily. It was so easy to assemble! The parts clicked right together quickly without tools! It cleans easily when finished. It’s so lightweight that I can get it out and have his room spiffed up in no time at all.     • Quality Issues and No Shine

The first box I received was defective. The parts could not be assembled properly. Called the company to find out if I had done something wrong but was told to contact them through Amazon. But Amazon claims it is sold through them and no one can help with support, so it requires replacement. Very odd contradiction in information. So it was replaced, and this time the parts did fit together, but the nozzle for the spray was faulty, and I had to exchange the spray on the original mop, which finally worked to make the mop usable. So not a good start. Second, my floor is vinyl, so I had to buy the vinyl cleaner separately and was hoping for the shine that everyone talks about and that the company touts. Nope, no shine. Mop 'n Glo is so much better, but that company does animal testing so I have given up using its products. Very disappointed in this aspect. You have to buy another Rejuvenate product if you want to add a shine after you clean. So you have to mop twice. Third, I find the weight of the bottle makes mopping rather unwieldy, and I don't have as much control of the mop as I would like. Fourth, it doesn't seem to get up things that are kind of stuck to the floor because the the part you flip to do this kind of thing is too soft and doesn't scrape. So it is an imperfect cleaner, and with no shine either, I cannot say I am very pleased with it. Fifth, it's cheaply made, and the nozzle doesn't always spray out far and evenly. Months ago I contacted the chat (phone people know nothing), and she couldn't determine how to fix it, so she said they would send me a new one. It was still in warranty then. Well, needless to say, it never arrived. So I am stuck with a piece of junk that doesn't even work, and it's too late to of course to return to Amazon.
