After trying half a dozen different water-based lubricant drops over the past couple of years, my Dr recommended I try an oil based lubricant eye drop for longer lasting relief for my dry eyes. While there isn't an immediate "Aaahh, that feels so much better". These drops have no stinging or gritty sensation and do seem to hold off the dry eye burn about twice as long as regular lubricant drops at a lower cost than the comparable Refresh drops in those silly single use vials.
