Unpacking and assembling this chair took 10-15 minutes. Easy peasy! No damage or issues. The fabric is as expected. I bought the gray, and it looks exactly as pictured. The adjustable height works well for me. The back and arms are comfortable. I do not yet feel the need for a pillow at my lower back. The seat cushion is firm. I don't foresee any problems but will update here after use. I am 5'7" and 130 lbs. for reference. ... show more

The chair itself is very nice and comfy. However, if you have a taller desk this chair is very short. I’ve decided to keep it and ordered a higher lift to switch out with the one it comes with. Just something to keep in mind if you’re considering buying.

This chair is fantastic! A little small considering it says it holds up to 350 pounds. But I was told it wouldn't be here until July...and I got it in just a few days of ordering. Husband only needed about ten minutes to assemble. My chair is BEAUTIFUL, extremely comfy and now, I can get up without needing assistance. Gave me my independence back!     • Very affordable lift chair. Lifts 350 lbs easily.
Very soft and comfortable. After about a month it was squeaking and not as sturdy. Weight limit is 350 pounds but the chair is a little narrow for someone that size.
