These shoes are for people that need a massive amount of arch support. I wanted them for the heel support, but that was negated due to the pain of them digging into my arches. They also are the heaviest flip flops I've ever had. I was looking for a Flojo Claire replacement, because although super comfortable, they don't last long. I am so glad to have found these sandals! I have plantar fasciitis and absolutely need arch support. Unfortunately most of the sandals out there that do have support look ridiculous, like you're trying to draw attention to your feet that you can't wear regular sandals like everyone else! :( Anyways, my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did take a little bit to break in. I have never had issues with Reef sandals before, but these gave me some blisters initially (not terrible) but slightly annoying. Also the only other thing I don't like is that if it's really hot out, the material on the sole is rubbery so I found my feet kinda sweaty and squeaky more so than with my other Reef leather sole sandals. ... show more

This is my fifth pair of Reef flip flops. All of them are a size 6, and they have all fit perfectly. This newest pair, the Ortho-Bounce Coast, runs at least a half size SMALL, and are much more narrow than my others. The overall quality is great, like all my Reefs, and they shipped really quickly. I just hope I can stretch the straps out a little (I get them wet and put a tennis ball in them) so that I can wear them. Having my baby toes hang off the edges might be more of a challenge, though. ... show more

This flip flop fits & feels a little different because it Hugs your instep(arch). If you have a high arch this is a flip flop for you. I wore them all day shopping and my feet didn’t hurt at all. The fit was perfect. My feet were only a little sore getting use to way they were made. All said an done I won’t buy any other brand than Reef from now on. With this purchase I bought the slap 3 an love them also. ... show more

Nice simple style. Fairly good arch support. I just really wish that the reef butter cushion would come back because it was way better. These are a little bit on the thin side and have actually compressed down a little bit in the last couple months. But overall they are fairly good.

I live in these flip flops all summer long! Great arch support, comfort and go with any casual outfit. This is my second pair because I wore out my first pair after 2 summers of solid wear. Highly recommend!!!

    • Really helped my foot pain
I've got plantar fasciitis and heel pain and these flip flops have helped me get rid of most of the pain. I wear them all the time in the house instead of going barefoot and the change has been like night and day. Not super cute but not bad either. I didn't buy them for fashion and they're perfect for everyday running around. Never thought I'd pay so much for a pair of flip flops but they're worth every penny and I'll buy another pair if these ever wear out. ... show more

SERIOUSLY high arch support. I have high arches, but this is pretty high. Jury still out on whether I love them long term.
