We purchased the Hawaiian Holiday scent for our Hawaiian themed poolside bathroom. The scent is mostly floral, with a hint of fruit. Unlike other "Hawaiian" air fresheners, it doesn't just cram vanilla and coconut down your nose and pretend that the smell of sunblock is "tropical." This is sweet, but pleasant, and it comes across naturally (as opposed to "glade" air fresheners all smell like chemical soup to me). It's a beautiful smell that really does bring back memories of Hawaiian resorts. Also, 5 stars for longevity. It's been a month and it still looks as full as the day I got it. I chose Escape and as soon as you open the bottle you smell the fragrance and it stays with you. I like the aroma but filtered. I purchased for room that kitty litter is in, when guests come, move the litter but needed a powerful fragrance to replace smell, this certainly does the job! I just use a few reeds and add more if needed. It was definitely a good deal and able to move room to room where needed. Would buy again for sure, perhaps try another fragrance. Price comparison: very low (not expensive in comp) Quality: low (consider price) Effectiveness: decent (in a very small small space. Product: Bottle - blue glass - looks nice Reeds - blue as well. Make item look very good. As if high quality but do not absorb as well. The brown reeds have small holes allowing the oil scent to wick up the wood. It tells you how often to flip or turn reeds. Follow that and you will smell the clean scent. Scent: not overpowering but not very strong till you close door for a while and enter. You will smell scent. Have migraines so scents can trigger. Has not. I have bought several diffusers so can compare. None quite effective for my bedroom. FYI: Candles -I can light 1-3 of 3wick depending on brand and scent. I used one stick at first,waited a couple of days and it was a bit too subtle so I added a second and now its a pleasant mild aroma but not overwhelming.
