This does smell like floral petals. The scent of the oil is very subtle but it makes the area smell like a fresh garden. You can sleep eadily with this in the room because the aroma is not over powering. Also, instead of just sticks, it comes with flowers so it will elevate the look in any area you place it. This diffuser is beautiful. I’m not a big fan of things with labels, so I just turned it around and you don’t even know it has a label through the smoky brown bottle. I am also usually not a fan of rectangular receptacles as I prefer around diffuser bottles, so that way I can arrange my sticks any way I would like. But the container is simple and elegant and will probably fit in any decor. The wooden flowers are just beautiful. Other than some errant glue strings that I had to pull off, it is ready to go, and again they just look beautiful. I was surprised at how large the flowers are, because I have had other similar items and the little flowers that come with them are so teeny tiny. The scent to me smells beautiful. It’s fresh - it is crisp - has a little bit of floral to it. But the listing says this was a lime citrus and basil sent. I don’t really get that. There’s may be a light citrus behind a floral scent to me anyway so again, I think the scent is beautiful but if you are looking for lime, citrus and basil, this is probably not it, although there is like a citrus behind a floral scent. ... show more

I got this reed diffuser for my bathroom. I wanted something that didn't smell super strong, so I chose a reed diffuser. If you want to be able to smell the scent right as you walk in the door, this probably isn't the right choice for you and the scent is very subtle. When I received the package, one of the reed sticks was snapped. I wish it came with a few replacements. The addition of the floral decor is a nice touch and looks great in my bathroom. ... show more

This diffuser kit has a great scent but I've always loved the smell of tuberose ever since I was little. I also love the amber bottle that this comes with along with its label and dried flowers. It gives it that vintage or dark academia vibe to it which I find really lovely. All that said, a little bit of oil did leak inside the box but the box it comes with actually looks really nice so I'm going to lean toward this being giftable despite that small shortcoming. ... show more

What I like: The scent is quite wonderful, but I can't really smell it, unless I lift the bottle to my nose. The bottle and dried bouquet are quaint and feature very attractive aesthetics. What I don't like: I just feel that the aroma (which is great) just doesn't disperse well enough into the air. I even set the product near a drafty window, hoping it would help to waft the fragrance into the air, but to no avail. I started to think perhaps the scent would become more notable if I just remained patient for the reed sticks to soak-up and diffuse the oil, but if anything, the aroma has actually gotten even less pronounced over time.
