I opened the box immediately. I wanted to see if the lavender scent might help my one aggressive cat to chill. It did!!! In fact, the vanilla scent had the same effect. I’m trying to blend two cat families and it has been very difficult. They are already on calming chews and I use pheromone plug-ins. These Binca Vidou reed diffusers are the added touch that I needed. The cats are more at peace now and I’m much more relaxed. The only thing that I had difficulty with was getting the stopper out. That was solved by simply using a butter knife. I certainly understand the need for the stoppers, so no complaints. The dispensers are attractive and unobtrusive. The lavender and vanilla scents each smell nice. The box included 12 diffuser rods. The instructions say to insert the rods, let them absorb the liquid, then flip the rods and flip them periodically after that. I guess that makes sense to disperse the scent quickly. In the past with other diffusers, I have just left the rods in place to wick up the scent over time. I particularly like the simple, modern appearance of the bottles and the wood cap. The scent of the Binca Vidou Lavender & Vanilla Natural Scent Oil Diffuser Set is exquisite. I was going to use these in my home bathrooms, but I like the scents so much, and they are so pretty, that I am using them in my office at work. I also like that the instructions are thorough and clear on how to prepare the sticks so that they give off a continual scent. This is a quality product. Very nice! ... show more

    • Great size for smaller spaces
These are great little diffusers for smaller areas. I put them together in my son's bathroom and they've already made a positive difference in the aroma in there. The stopper was a tad difficult for me to open, but pliers did the trick! I also like that I can reuse them and add my own scent- in fact I did add some citrus to the lavender bottle and created my own. Neither scent is too overpowering or weak (before I added my own scents to layer) The balance is just right and I'm pretty happy with these. ... show more

I love that you get two different aromas, as I like to change up the oils in the diffusers pretty often. These are cute little bottles, and I will be re-using them. The scents are nice, I would say medium in intensity, and pretty much smell like vanilla and lavender, though I have smelled stronger (and weaker) oils. The stopper can be pulled out without the use of a tool (best if you have strong fingernails), but was easier to take out (and not spill) when I used the needle-nosed pliers. ... show more

While these oil diffusers do have a lavender scent, it is extremely weak to the point of being unnoticeable from even a few inches away. I gave them every chance by putting all the sticks in at once, turning them every few days, and even placing the whole thing on top of a fan, but it didn't help. If you want an extremely subtle diffuser for a small space, it might be okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking to notice the aroma in a medium to larger room. ... show more
