I haven’t been able to run my A/C in this TX heat due to my neighbors smoking, which comes directly into my apt. I thought I’d try to use this in the intake vent in hopes that it would minimize the stagnant leftover smoke in the air and it does! When they're not home in the day time, I can at least cool the apt down. But there’s still a strong odor from the last time they smoked, whenever I turn it on. In the evening, they’re home, so that’s when they do most of the smoking besides on the wkds. For those hours of the day, I seal up the vents and use a portable in the bedroom to stay cool. I’ve tried dryer sheets and using softener and sprays, but nothing worked for very long, if at all. This aquatic scent is great because it has a clean masculine shower scent. I’m not a fan of fruity or floral scents so this was perfect! I’m just happy to have found some kind of resolution to my smoking neighbors. ... show more

This diffuser is the best thing I've ever used for the unpleasant odor that can come from litter boxes! I have 8 cats, and their litter boxes are in a spare bedroom. Even though I clean the litter boxes every day, litter box odor starts wafting through the air and into the hallway outside the room. Was very disappointed in the scent quality of this product. Was expecting it to be a lot stronger and for it to last a lot longer. I haven't even had it for a month and the oil is almost gone. Even have flip flopped the reed sticks several times now hoping that would produce a stronger scent, but it has not. Very sorry that Pier One Imports went out of business. Their reed diffusers were amazing. Been trying to get something comparable ever since and once again dissapointed. ... show more

This is a lovely strong scent, good for a bathroom without being overpowering. Like a spa. However, the hole you put the reeds in is way too big causing the oil to evaporate quickly. I mean, I just got this and it’s already more than halfway gone. I tried using different kinds of tape but it doesn’t seem to be working all that well.
